These materials need to be filed by department and year for long-term retevntion. The sheer quantity of documents has imposed enormous pressure on the company's storage and management work.

Based on the customer's actual pain points, our company conducted an on-site survey of the venue dimensions and identified the customer's core requirements: maximizing storage capacity within limited space, optimizing access processes to improve efficiency, enhancing the safety protection system, and achieving flexible adaptation and long-term durability of storage equipment.

ORION’s baseline plan was as follows:
  • Drive Mode: Manual;

  • Layer Height Adjustment: Adjustable in increments of 18mm;

  • Labeling System: Label slots installed on both sides for easy document retrieval;

  • Area Division: The compact shelving will be divided into three zones based on the customer's actual site conditions;

  • Safety Devices:Independent door locks for each column、Sealing rubber strips between cabinets、Dust-proof panels on the top.
