Hardware Warehouse Solution for Furniture Enterprise
As a large-scale home furnishing enterprise focusing on integrated kitchens and also covering whole-house customization, the company aims to further advance its global development plan, expand into emerging overseas markets and consolidate its presence in European and American urban markets. To achieve this, it has established a production base in Thailand, the geographical center of Southeast Asia.
To ensure the efficient operation of the production supply chain, the company has planned a hardware warehouse area within the factory. Considering that hardware accessories are heavy and require long-term stable storage, it has decided to purchase a batch of heavy-duty racks to improve the efficiency of warehouse operations.
ORION's baseline plan was as follows:
Load-bearing Capacity: Two levels, 500kgs and 2000kgs, to ensure accurate matching between rack load-bearing capacity and cargo weight, and avoid overload risks;
Dimension Specifications: The upright post height is designed to be 6000mm, the width is set to 3800mm(inner), and the layer spacing can be adjusted by 50mm;
Optimized Components: To enhance the structural stability and cargo protection, each layer is equipped with 2 cross beams in a "井" shape.
Color: The overall color is gray-white, matching the color of the machinery in the customer's factory.
