Professional Racking Solutions for Global Warehouses
Headquartered in Japan, the company specializes in integrated logistics services and logistics technology solutions. To build a seamless international logistics network and efficiently meet the cross-regional cargo transportation and warehousing needs of global clients, it has established branches in multiple countries and regions around the world, Thailand included.
To further optimize the warehousing operation capacity of its Thailand branch, adapt to the ever-growing cross-border logistics business demand in the Southeast Asian region, and improve the safety and space utilization rate of bulk cargo storage, the Thailand branch has newly procured a batch of heavy-duty beam-type shelves.
ORION's baseline plan was as follows:
Length Design: Two lengths, L2700 and L1400, are designed based on the customer's pallet dimensions and the goal of improving space utilization.
Load Capacity Design: The load capacity of each shelf level is designed to reach 2000kgs according to the weight of the customer's goods.
Support Beam Configuration: Each level is equipped with 4 support beams to enhance load-bearing stability.
Anti-collision Measures: Frame protectors + U-shaped protectors

| Shelf Dimensions: | L2700/L1400 × W980 × H8300mm |
| Load Capacity | 2000kgs/layer |
| Number of layers: | 4+G layers |
| Level Spacing: | Adjustable every 75mm |
| Quantity: | 46 start racks + 271 connect racks |

Summary:
As an enterprise deeply rooted in the logistics sector and actively expanding its footprint in the Asian market, the company’s Thailand branch undertakes critical functions including intra-regional cargo transshipment, local distribution, and cross-border logistics connection. The newly procured heavy-duty pallet shelves boast core advantages of high load capacity, easy assembly and disassembly, and excellent space utilization, which can precisely accommodate diverse storage scenarios such as industrial parts, bulk commodities, and cross-border e-commerce parcels. These shelves effectively resolve the previously existing issue of low sorting efficiency caused by irrational warehouse space layout and disorganized cargo stacking.
The commissioning of the new equipment will drive the Thailand branch to achieve standardized and refined inventory management, shorten the cargo inbound and outbound cycle, and provide customers in the region with faster and more stable logistics service support.
