Logistics Hub Warehouse | Phase‑I Racking Installation Completed
This project is located in a comprehensive logistics and warehousing base within an industrial park in Thailand, a key logistics hub in Southeast Asia. The warehouse undertakes regional goods distribution, transshipment and storage.
With rapid business growth, the original warehouse facilities lack sufficient space-use efficiency and load-bearing capacity, and cannot support high-requency operations. Storage equipment upgrade is urgently needed.
The client expects a new racking system to make full use of vertical warehouse space and create more storage positions. The racks must be structurally stable for frequent forklift operations and heavy-duty pallet storage, and comply with overseas warehouse safety standards. The project adopts overseas manufacturing plus on-site local installation, which sets strict requirements on rack quality, structural precision and adaptability for long-term stable operation.
ORION’s baseline plan was as follows:
Standard modular setup: Phase-I racks are sized L2500×D1000×H6700. The layout consists of 3 main racks + 31 connect racks, with 4 beam levels for 5 level goods storage. Each layer supports 2000 kg heavy-load storage to meet current heavy-goods handling needs.
Versatile configuration: Full wire mesh decking enables mixed storage of various goods. The flexible structure supports future new product types and updated warehouse workflows.
Phased-implementation service: Full delivery and documentation for Phase-I. Phase-II can adopt replicated upgrade solutions to keep consistent warehouse layout and structural standards.

Summary:
Moving beyond one-off rack supply, this project focuses on long-term warehouse planning and sustainable expansion to build a scalable modular warehousing system. Phase-I solves immediate pain points in storage capacity, heavy-load handling and multi-scenario use, while preparing for Phase-II expansion, aligning with the client’s international and large-scale development strategy. Thanks to forward-looking design and reliable execution, Phase-II cooperation is upcoming. Going forward, we will keep delivering customized, upgradable warehousing solutions to support logistics enterprises in steady and sustainable warehouse improvement.
