2023 Malaysia Metaltech Exhibition | ORION Warehouse Equipment Attract Global Merchants' Attention

In May 2023, Metaltech Malaysia, a premier event for the metal processing and manufacturing industry in Southeast Asia, kicked off in Kuala Lumpur. Addressing the pain points of Southeast Asian enterprises, such as limited workshop space and diverse storage requirements, this system integrates the three-dimensional expansion capability of Mezzanine Floor and the flexible access advantage of Pallet racks. It can be customized
into layers according to workshop height and cargo specifications, realizing the integrated layout of "upper-layer storage + lower-layer operation". Equipped with silent swivel casters, they are suitable for moving through narrow workshop aisles smoothly with low noise. Storage compartments, hooks, and drawers can be customized according to tool specifications, enabling "classified storage and on-demand access" of tools. 

3. Heavy-duty Mold Racks

As core equipment for precision mold storage, the mold racks are welded with thickened section steel, with each layer capable of bearing a load of 2000-3000kg. Equipped with safety locking pins and drawer-type guide rails, they balance safety and operational convenience.
